摘 要:针对BT项目建设过程中存在的风险问题,利用物元分析理论进行评价,以BT项目面临的风险因素为基础,构建了BT项目风险评价的指标体系.在定义评价等级的基础上,通过确定待评物元、建立经典域与节域物元、计算各评价指标权重和综合关联隶属度,得到了BT项目风险因素的大小,并通过实例说明了模型的具体应用过程.结果表明,该方法概念清晰,计算简单,能够定量评价项目风险的大小,并具有较高精度.To address risk problems of the project construction process,on the basis of BT project risk factors and the matter-element theory evalution the risk evaluation index system of BT project is established. Based on the definition of evaluation grade,the paper determines the evaluation district matter-element matrix,builds classical domain and joint domain matter-element and calulates the weight of each evaluation index and synthesized relating subordinateness. Finally,the risk factor degree of BT project is obtained and an example accounting for the application of the model is provided. It is concluded that this method has conceptual clarity and simple calculation,which can assess the degree of risk factors and provide with higher precision.
