投送基地体系建设研究

摘　　要：投送基地体系是军队快速投送、提高投送效率的重要保障。提出投送基地体系由疆域内的中心投送基地、方向投送基地、投送保障点和疆域外的海外投送保障设施构成。研究依托军用资源、依托民用资源、贯彻国防要求、依托海外中资机构和开展国际合作等投送基地体系建设模式,并指出加强投送基地体系建设应树立先进理念、纳入宏观规划、整合军地资源、坚持依法建设。Military projection base system can improve projection efficiency. Firstly,the paper shows that projection base system consists of central projection base,directional projection base,projection support points inside the territory and overseas projection support facility. Then,it suggests the system can be constructed relying on military resources and civil resources,national defense requirements,overseas China-funded companies and international cooperation. Finally,it indicates that strengthening the construction of projection base system needs to establish advanced concept,bring into macro planning,integrate military and civil sources and construct under the law.
