美国西点军校实战化教学的主要特点及启示

摘　　要：为落实军委《关于提高军事训练实战化水平的意见》,促进我军院校实战化教学的开展,达到院校教育向部队靠拢的目的,从办学方向、教学内容、教员队伍、学员管理等4个方面,对西点军校的实战化教学特点进行探析,并提出我军院校教学改革的启示。To implement＂opinions about improving the level of military combat training＂and promote the development of combat-oriented teaching in military academies,the paper analyzes teaching characteristics in West Point from education orientation,teaching content,teaching staff and student management. It also puts forward some enlightenment on teaching reform of military academies in China.
