摘　　要：青年教师是高校教师可持续发展的生力军。在大力倡导加强医学生综合素质教育的今天,青年教师的素质和能力将直接影响医学教学的质量。本文首先概述了医学院校青年教师的现状,提出青年教师系统培训的重要性,并针对青年教师培训方式给出相应的建议,从而助推青年教师在高等医学院校成长为基础专业合格的教师。Young teachers are the base for realizing the sustained development. Nowadays, with advo-cating the strengthening comprehensive quality education of medical students, the quality and abilityof young teachers wills directly interfere with the quality of medical teaching. In this paper, we firstlyintroduce the current situation and problems of young teachers, then state the importance of system-atic training for young teachers. Finally, we render some corresponding advices. So that we be ac-counted as a qualified foundational course＇s young teachers in medical colleges and universities.
