精准医学模式下临床医学专业学位研究生培养方案的思考与探索

摘　　要：当前,精准医学席卷全球。在这一背景下,除了建设符合要求的硬件条件外,医学院校如何培养与重塑在职医生及临床医学专业研究生,是深入推行精准医学的前提。本文结合精准医学的特征,探索了精准医学模式下对医疗运行平台技术及对未来医生知识架构的客观要求。在此基础上,进一步探索为适应精准医疗,临床医学专业研究生培养方案中的课程设置、临床轮训、临床考核、质量保障机制及导师队伍建设等方面如何变革与应对作了积极的回应。期望以此为保障,提高临床医学专业学位研究生教育质量,实现培养精准医学模式背景下所需要的合格人才。Recently, precision medicine is sweeping the globe. In this context, how to train and re-shape the medical students and postgraduates of clinical medicine is one of the cornerstones of the im-plementation of precision medicine. Based on the characteristics of precision medicine, requirementsincluding both the platform of medical technologyexplored. In order to adapt precise medical mode,and the doctors＇ knowledge framework have beensuitable training paths of clinical medical postgrad-uates in curriculum, clinical training, clinical assessment, quality assurance mechanism and tutorteam construction have been studied. With the improvement of the quality of postgraduates of clinicalmedicine, the qualified personnel to meet the precise medical model could be achieved.
