微量射频治疗胃食管反流病的术中配合及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下微量射频治疗胃食管反流病的术中护理配合经验,以提高治疗成功率并减少手术并发症的发生。方法回顾性分析首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院消化内镜中心2015年7月至2016年5月经静脉诱导麻醉下行微量射频治疗的24例胃食管反流病患者,术中内镜附件使用的配合及管理、微量射频治疗仪在各阶段使用中参数的设定及管理、患者生命体征的监测及配合术者完成各项操作;术后护理着重于患者生命体征的监测观察、观察患者的术中出血等不良情况是否降低,观察患者的术后心情和病症恢复情况是否良好。术后饮食的指导及出院指导。结果24例患者均顺利完成手术,术中配合、设备参数设置及各种附件及器材使用均正确且熟练,无意外情况发生,护理效果满意。结论术中配合、器材设备及各种配件的正确使用和熟练操作是内镜下射频治疗胃食管反流病成功的关键。Objective To summary the experience of intraoperative coordination and nursing care during the radiofrequency treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease （ GERD ） , and to improve the success rate and reduce the occurrence of complications. Methods Retrospective analysis of 24 patients with GERD treated by radiofrequency treatment under the intravenous anesthesia in our hospital from July 2015 to May 2016. Intraoperative endoscopic accessories using coordination and management, the parameter setting and management of radiofrequency treatment instrument in the different stages of treatment, the patients＇ vital sign monitoring and coordinating the physician completing the treatment were researched. Postoperative nursing focuses on monitoring the patients＇ vital sign, postoperative dietary guidance and discharge guidance. Results All the patients were successfully performed the operation. Intraoperative cooperation, device parameter setting and various accessories and equipment used were corrected and skilled. No accidents happened, and the nursing care was satisfactory. Conclusions Intraoperative cooperation, the correct using of equipment and all kinds of accessories, and skilled operationof endoscopic radiofrequency treatment are the keys to success.
