摘　　要：辣优16号是大果型辣椒一代杂种。果实长羊角形,青果绿色,果面光滑,果纵径16.7~18.5 cm,单果质量44.6~45.5 g,品质优,还原糖含量27.0 mg/g,蛋白质含量9.9 mg/g,维生素C含量1.04 mg/g,平均鲜果产量2 400 kg/667 m^2。中熟,感青枯病,田间表现耐热性、耐寒性、耐涝性和耐旱性强,适宜广东、广西、海南辣椒产区春秋季露地种植。Layou 16 （ Capsicum annuum L. ） is a new mid-mature hot pepper F1 hybrid to grow big young fruit that are green-colored, sheep-horn shaped and smooth-surfaced 16.7 - 18.5 cm long, 44.6 - 45.5 g per fruit, and about 36.0 t/hm2 with the soluble sugar content at 27.0 mg/g, the protein content at 9.9 mg/g, and the vitamin C content at 1.04 mg/g in fruit. It has been characterized by big fruit, high yield, excellent quality, high stress resistance and good adaptability, but susceptibility to bacterial wilt disease. And it is suitable for open field cultivation in spring and autumn in Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainan.
