摘  要:蓉椒5号是以07.16为母本、07.24为父本组配而成的辣椒一代杂种。该品种为中熟,从定植到采收需60d左右,前期产量占总产量的17%;株高77.5cm,开展度75~81cm;果实长羊角形,青熟果绿色,老熟果红色,果纵径18~20cm,果横径1.4~1.6cm,果肉厚0.20cm,平均单果质量14.2g;耐高温,抗病性强,味较辣,宜干制、泡渍、酱制,综合性状优良;每667m2鲜椒产量2000~2200kg;适合在四川各主要辣椒产区栽培。Rongjiao 5 is a hot pepper F1 hybrid bred by crossing 07-16 and 07-24. It is a mid-mature variety, grows its plant up to77.5 cm in height and 75 cm x 81 cm in canopy, about 60 d from final transplant in the field to fruit harvesting, produces about 17% of the total fruit yield at the early harvest stage, and grows its fruit long sheep-horn shaped and green to bright red, 18 - 20 cm in length, 1.4 - 1.6 cm in diameter, 0.20 em in fruitwall thickness and 14.2 g per fruit. It is of good tolerance to high temperature, high disease resistance, and good comprehensive character such as pungent taste, suitable for fresh cooking, fruit drying, pickling and chilli sauce processing. It yields about 30 - 33 t fresh fruit per hm2. It could be grown in the hot pepper production areas of Siehuan, China.
