摘 要:以大屯矿区姚桥煤矿深部中央采区(-650^-850 m)高应力巷道维护为工程背景,研究了中央采区复杂、高应力区的形成及采区工作面超前压力地质力学分布特征,在总结当前各类巷道卸压技术的基础上,针对姚桥煤矿7002工作面防冲与集中下山的保护问题,提出了以深孔预裂卸压技术为主的综合卸压方法,即通过深孔预裂爆破、卸压巷与煤层钻孔卸压等综合卸压技术,改善巷道围岩应力状况,降低应力集中系数,实现阻断采区超前压力并达到巷道卸压目的。矿压监测数据表明,集中下山变形得到有效控制,综合卸压技术应用效果显著。With the engineering background of high stressed roadway maintenance in the deep level of-650 to-850 m in Datun Yaoqiao coal mine, the formation of complex, high stress areas in the central mining area and the characteristics of geomechanics distribution of abutment pressure in the working face of mining area was studied. According to the protection of working face 7002 in Yaoqiao coal mine scour, on the basis of the conclusion of the current tunnel pressure relief technology, the integrated pressure relief technology based on deep-hole pre-split method has been proposed: improving the roadway surrounding rock stress conditions and reducing stress concentration factor through such integrated pressure relief technology as deep-hole presplitting blasting, relieving roadway, and coal bed methane borehole pressure relief, to achieve the purposes of blocking pressure ahead of mining area and reaching the roadways pressure relief. Ground pressure monitoring data have found concentration deformation downhill under control and integrated pressure relief technology effective.
