摘 要:为解决充填开采原材料不足的问题,以废弃混凝土为骨料制备胶结充填材料。系统研究了废弃混凝土细骨料和粗骨料对充填材料流动性能及力学性能的影响,确定了废弃混凝土细骨料和粗骨料在充填材料中的添加比例,最后运用响应面分析法得出了矸石-废弃混凝土胶结充填材料的合理配比。结果表明:1)随着废弃混凝土细骨料替代率的增加,充填材料扩展度大体呈增长趋势,坍落度先略有减小后基本稳定,而随着废弃混凝土粗骨料替代率及水泥掺量的增加,充填材料坍落度及扩展度在逐渐减小,充填材料抗压强度随水泥掺量的增加而增大,随废弃混凝土骨料替代率的增加呈先增大后减小的变化趋势;2)废弃混凝土细骨料或粗骨料可分别替代充填材料中30%~70%的细矸石或粗矸石;3)试验条件下矸石-废弃混凝土胶结充填材料合理配比为:废弃混凝土细骨料替代率、粗骨料替代率及水泥掺量分别为37%,49%,156 kg/m^3。Facing the lack of raw materials for filling mining, waste concrete was added as aggregate to prepare for cemented paste backfill. Through systematical analysis of respective impact of fine aggregate and coarse aggregate in the waste concrete on the flow property and mechanical properties of cemented paste backfill, the additive proportion between the fine aggregate and the coarse aggregate into the cemented paste backfill was determined, and the rational mixture ratio of gangue-wasted concrete cemented paste backfill was defined through the response surface method. The results have shown that: 1) With the increase of the substitution rate of the fine aggregate, the divergence of cemented paste backfill presents a growth trend, the slump of cemented paste backfill decreases first and then keeps constant; while with the increase of the substitution rate of the coarse aggregate and cement content, the slump and divergence of cemented paste backfill are decreasing; the compressive strength of cemented paste backfill increases with the increase of the cement content, increases first and then decreases with the in crease of the substitution rate of wasted concrete aggregate; 2) The fine aggregate and coarse aggregate can respectively substitute 30%-70% of fine coal gangue and coarse coal gangue in cemented paste backfill; 3) Based on the experiment, the rational mixture ratio of the substitution ration among fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, and cement content in the gangue-wasted concrete cemented paste backfill was 37%, 49%, 156 kg/m^3, respectively.
