摘  要:本研究旨在探讨饲粮中添加酵母壁多糖对断奶仔猪生长性能和小肠黏膜形态结构的影响。试验采用单因素试验设计方法,选取180头遗传背景一致、健康状况良好、胎次和体重接近的21日龄断奶仔猪,随机分为4个组,每组5个重复,每个重复9头猪。4个组分别饲喂对照饲粮、0.15%酵母壁多糖饲粮、0.30%酵母壁多糖饲粮和0.45%酵母壁多糖饲粮。试验期21 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加酵母壁多糖能够显著提高断奶仔猪平均日增重和平均日采食量(P<0.05);酵母壁多糖有降低断奶仔猪腹泻率和料重比的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加酵母壁多糖能够显著提高断奶仔猪空肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度值(P<0.05),添加0.45%酵母壁多糖能够显著提高断奶仔猪空肠绒毛高度和十二指肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度值(P<0.05)。由此可知,酵母壁多糖可提高断奶仔猪的生长性能,并改善小肠黏膜形态结构;综合生长性能、小肠黏膜形态及经济成本等指标,其在仔猪饲粮中的适宜添加量为0.30%。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary yeast cell wall polysaccharide on growth performance and small intestinal mucosa morphology of weaned piglets. One-factor design was used and one hundred and eighty piglets with similar genetic background,health condition,parity and body weight weaned at 21 days of age were randomly divided into four groups with five replicates in each group and nine piglets in each replicate. Pigs in four groups were fed control diet,0. 15 %,0. 30 % and 0. 45 % yeast cell wall polysaccharides diets,respectively. The experiment lasted for 21 days. The results showed as follows: 1)compared with the control group,diets added with yeast cell wall polysaccharide significantly increased average daily gain( ADG) and average daily feed intake( ADFI)( P〈0. 05),and had a trend to decrease diarrhea incidence and the ratio of feed to gain of weaned piglets,although there were no significant differences( P〉0. 05). 2) Compared with the control group,diets added with yeast cell wall polysaccharide significantly increased the ratio of villus height to crypt depth( V / C) in jejunum of weaned piglets( P〈0. 05),and diet added with 0. 45 % yeast cell wall polysaccharide significantly increased villus height in jejunum and V / C in duodenum of weaned piglets( P〈0. 05). Accordingly,the yeast cell wall polysaccharide can enhance the growth performance,and improve the small intestinal mucosa morphology of weaned piglets. By considering the growth performance,small intestinal mucosa morphology and economic cost,0. 30 % yeast cell wall polysaccharide is an optimum addition level in the piglet diet.
