摘 要:利用当前生产上种植的甘薯新品种在江苏沿海滩涂盐渍地种植,并进行适应性评价,以期选育适宜种植的甘薯品种.从鲜薯和薯干产量来看,不同甘薯品种盐渍地适应性存在差异.对薯块品质分析结果表明,盐胁迫下甘薯的淀粉含量降低,可溶性糖、还原糖和蛋白质含量增加.另外,甘薯种植前后的土壤盐分分析显示:甘薯收获后,土壤中的含盐量有所降低.根据不同盐分土壤中甘薯品种的产量表现,筛选出适宜在江苏沿海滩涂种植的甘薯新品种——徐薯26和徐薯28,为今后沿海滩涂的高效利用及甘薯耐盐栽培和机理研究奠定了一定基础.In order to evaluate the adaptability of sweet potato in the coastal-saline land of Jiangsu Province,the yield and qualitative traits of the new sweet potato cultivars growing in the coastal-saline land were investigated.The results showed that there are differences of salt resistance among the cultivars.The storage root yield and starch content decreased sharply in all test cultivars under salt stress,but in the meantime,the soluble sugar,reducing sugar and protein content obviously increased.The salt contents in the soils after harvest of sweet potato were dramatically reduced comparing with those before planting sweet potato.According to the yield of the new sweet potato cultivars under the different saline soils,it is suggested that Xushu 26 and Xushu 28 are suitable to plant in the coastalsaline land of Jiangsu Province.The results of this study provide a support for efficient use of coastal-saline land and salt-tolerant sweet potato cultivation in the future.
