摘 要:基于单轴疲劳的研究成果,从疲劳机理出发,研究一种基于应变能密度与强度的干涉模型,将反复加载的应变能耗散等效为内应力的增长,建立内应力与外加应力和材料本征强度的关系,由此导出多轴疲劳寿命分析公式,然后考虑缺口处应力梯度的影响,研究缺口试样多轴加载疲劳寿命公式,并用三个不同应力集中系数的缺口试样的实验数据验证所研究模型的正确性。研究表明,该模型对包含缺口构件受多轴变幅载荷作用下的寿命有很好的预测能力。Based on uniaxial fatigue research, starting from the fatigue mechanism, a strain energy density and strength interference model based on the strain cyclic loading has been studied. The energy dissipation is equivalent to the stress growth. The relation of internal stress applied stress and the intrinsic strength has been established, Then consider the effect of notch stress gradient, make a research on the notched specimens of muhiaxial loading fatigue life formula and the stress concentration factor with three different samples of experimental data to verify the correctness of the model under study. Preliminary research indicates that the model have a satisfied prediction ability for the referenced muhiaxial fatigue test data.
