摘 要:配电变压器无触点有载调压技术对稳定电压具有重大意义。有载调压控制系统的耐压问题是限制无触点有载自动调压配电变压器工程应用的关键因素,上电时无触点配电变压器的自启动是另一难点。为解决这2方面的问题,文中设计出一种配电变压器无触点有载自动调压的新方案,其控制系统的电源和测量电压均取自高压(10 k V)分接头,解决分接开关与控制系统的耐压问题;分接开关和控制系统采用悬浮地技术解决对地耐压问题;采用无源自取能触发方式,并利用一组有载调压分接开关在配电变压器上电时实现自启动。模拟实验、理论分析以及近一年的运行试验考核表明,该方案可较好地解决耐压问题,且启动可靠,稳压效果平稳,具有实际应用价值。Technology of contactless distribution transformer on-load voltage regulation is of great significance for voltage stabilization. Contact pressure problem in control system is a key factor limiting its engineering application. Self-turning-on is another difficulty when the transformer is powered on. In order to solve these two problems, this paper designed a new scheme of non-contact on-load automatic voltage regulation for distribution transformer. Its control system power supply and measured voltage comes from HV(10k V) taps to solve contact-pressure problem in the control system. Suspension earth technology was used to solve ground voltage problem for tap changer and control system. With self-seeking mode without power triggering and a set of on-load tap changers in transformer self-turning-on was achieved. Finally, through theoretical analysis, laboratory simulation and nearly one year of operation test examination, it showed that the scheme can solve pressure problem, and self-turning-on is reliable. It has smooth voltage stabilizing effect and practical application value.
