摘 要:提出一种变臂长潮流能水轮机,采用有限元法推导水轮机转子系统的扭转振动微分方程,运用流管法建立流体激励模型,利用Newmark逐步积分法求解水轮机转子系统扭转振动动力学响应。最后,搭建水轮机振动实验台,测试其振动特性。结果表明,数轴水轮机扭转振动复杂,存在多种倍频震动成分;与等臂长水轮机相比,变比长水轮机有效扭矩增加,扭转振动倍频振动成分更多;实验测试从定性角度验证数值仿真结果。A variable arm length tidal current turbine was proposed, torsional vibration differential equations of the turbine rotor systems are deduced with FEM, and fluid excitation model with stream-tube method was built. Newmark numerical simulation was employed to simulate the torsional vibration response of turbine rotor system. Finally, the turbine vibration experiment rig was established and its vibration characteristic was checked out. The results showed that, compared with constant arm length turbine, the amplitudes of torsional vibration in variable were length turbines decrease. There is some complex multiple frequency vibration in vertical axis turbine system and the simulation results were verified by experiment from qualitative point of view. Research results provide basic dynamic suggestions of vertical axis turbine on design, operation and vibration prediction.
