摘  要:研究了从硫酸锌和硫酸铵混合电解液中电积锌,考察了电流密度、锌离子质量浓度和不同电解添加剂对锌粉形貌和电流效率的影响。结果表明:高电流密度和低锌离子质量浓度有助于细化锌粉,但易导致电流效率下降;合理添加十二烷基硫酸钠会得到球状锌粉,而添加乙醇则会得到枝状锌粉。In the paper, electrodepositon of zinc from the mixed electrolyte with ZnSO4 and (NH4) 2 SO4 was investigated. The effects of current density,Zn^2+ concentration and different kinds of additives on zinc powder quality were examined. The results show that the high current density and low Zn^2+ concentration are helpful to refine the zinc powder, but also easily cause decreasing of current efficiency. Reasonable adding SDS and ethanol into the electrolyte can get spherical zinc powder and dendritic zinc powder, respectively.
