摘  要:研究采用多品种混合自然杂交快速育种方式,通过植株长势和果实品质等特征初选10个北高丛蓝莓自然杂交品系(SMN-72、SMN-86、SMN-234、SMN-291、SMN-339、SMN-350、SMN-351、SMN—460、SMN—461、SMN-470),进一步通过模糊数学多因素综合评价法分析供试杂交品系单果重、果硬度、含糖量、含酸量等10个果实性状指标。结果表明,杂交品系SMN-72、SMN-86、SMN-291、SMN-350和SMN-351评判值较高(〉0.55),不仅果实品质优良,耐贮藏,可长途运输,综合性状表现良好,可作为优良品种推出;SMN-234、SMN-339、SMN-460和SMN-461评判值中等(0.35~0.55),但某些性状表现良好,可作为备用优良种质资源;SMN-470评判值偏低,果实小而软,内含物较少,综合性状表现差,可以淘汰。综上所述,试验选出5个优良杂交品系,可为其申报新品种奠定前期基础。In this study, by the way of rapid breeding of mixing multi varieties with natural hybridization, ten natural hybridization strains of northern highbush blueberry were selected through the character of plant growth and fruit quality (SMN-72, SMN-86, SMN-234, SMN-291, SMN-339, SMN-350, SMN-351, SMN-460, SMN-461, SMN-470), then by the methods of multi factor comprehensive evaluation of fuzzy mathematics, ten fruit characters of these strains were evaluated comprehensively which included single fruit weight, fruit hardness, sugar content, acid content, and so on. The results showed that the hybridization strain SMN-72, SMN-86, SMN-291, SMN-350 and SMN-351, had higher value (〉0.55), not only good fruit quality, but also storage, long-distance transportation.SMN-234, SMN-339, SMN-460 and SMN-461 had medium value (0.35-0.55). However, some traits were good and could be used as a good germplasm resource. SMN-470 had low value, its fruit was small, soft and incoherent, and the comprehensive traits was poor and could be eliminated. Above all, we had selected five excellent hybrid strains, these excellent strains will be laid a preliminary basis for application of new varieties.
