摘　　要：水利投资对经济影响可用水利投资经济效率表示。为深入研究中国各地区水利投资投入产出效率，缓解我国水资源供需矛盾，选取基于实数编码加速遗传算法的投影寻踪聚类模型（简称RAGA—PPC）约简2008～2012年中国水利投资产出指标，运用数据包络分析模型（简称DEA），计算中国31个省区5年间水利投资相对效率，总结其空间分布规律。结果表明，中国水利投资成果显著，各地经济效率水平普遍较高，但分布规律在空间上较分散，基本呈现出沿海高、内陆低趋势，分布特点与当地经济发展水平、地理位置和地形地貌特征有关。研究为分析和提高中国水利投资经济效率，推动水利事业高效发展提供参考。The impact of water conservancy investment on economy could be expressed by the economic efficiency of water conservancy investment, in order to discuss the input and output efficiency of water conservancy investment in various regions of China, and to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources, the study selected projection pursuit clustering model based on real-coded accelerated genetic algorithm （RAGA-PPC） to reduce the output index of water conservancy investment in 2008-2012. The relative economic efficiencies were obtained for 31 regions in China during 2008-2012 periods, finally the spatial distribution was described based on an efficiency value derived from data envelopment analysis （DEA） models. The results showed that water conservancy investment has significant achievements in China, the level of economic efficiency was high, distribution was dispersed in space, basically presented a trend of high in coastal and low in inland. The distribution features had a certain relationship with the local economic development level, geographical location and topographic. This study could help enhance the economic efficiency of water conservancy system and to improve its development in China, gived a reference to promote the development of water conservancy efficiently.
