摘  要:文章以稻谷种子精量穴播为研究对象,针对种子在气吸式播种器吸附孔附近状态建立动力学方程,展开动力学分析,并对播种器吸种盘穴形状、穴深度、穴上孔径及数量进行单因素和多因素正交试验研究。结果表明,吸孔数量是影响播种机性能最主要因素,依次是吸孔直径、穴孔直径,穴深为次要因素。以吸孔合格率和3粒率多因素正交试验确定水稻育秧气吸式播种机最佳结构参数组合。研究为水稻钵育秧播种机研制提供技术支撑。Focusing on precise seed dibbling for rice, dynamic equation that the situation of seed around the suction hole was established, and kinetic analysis were carried out. Single-factor experimental and multifactorial experimental research was operated in which form and size depth of cavity of aspiration seed tray, the diameter and number of hole on the cavity were all the factors. The results showed that the number of aspiration seed hole was the most major factor, and followed by the diameter of hole and diameter of cavity. And through the orthogonal experiment aiming at qualified rate and qualified rate of three grain, optimal parameter combination was obtained. The conclusion provided a reliable guarantee and technical support for further study on developing of rice bowl-seedling aspirating seeder.
