摘  要:设置4种麦秸与废垫料比例(0∶10、2∶8、4∶6、6∶4)与2种发酵菌剂添加方式(不接种菌剂、接种菌剂),研究了麦秸与废垫料比例以及发酵菌剂对畜禽养殖废垫料堆肥再发酵过程的影响。结果表明:添加麦秸对废垫料堆肥再发酵过程存在显著性影响,能增加发酵温度和腐殖酸含量,相对增加全N含量,部分增加全磷、全钾含量,降低物料EC值,提高有机质含量,并能快速影响C/N的变化,以4∶6水平下的效果最为明显;接种发酵菌剂对堆肥再发酵有一定的促进作用,能在一定程度上提高发酵温度,提高物料中腐殖酸含量,并在一定程度上降低C/N和EC;上述2个因素结合应用的效果优于单独接种发酵菌剂的效果。综上所述,麦秸与废垫料比例为4∶6与接种发酵菌剂的处理组合是最合适的废垫料再发酵模式。Four ratios of wheat straw to spent pig litter ( 0 : 10, 2 : 8, 4 : 6, and 6 : 4) and two modes of adding microbial inoc- ulum (not adding microbial inoculum, adding microbial inoculum) were set, and the effect of wheat straw-spent pig litter ratio and microbial inoeulum on the fermentation process of spent pig litter compost was studied. The results showed that adding wheat straw had a significant effect on the fermentation process of spent pig litter compost, and it could increase the fermentation temper- ature, humic acid content and organic matter content, relatively increase total nitrogen content, partly enhance the contents of to- tal phosphorus and total potassium, reduce the EC value of material, and quickly affect the change of C/N; among 4 ratios of wheat straw to spent pig litter, the ratio of 4:6 obtained the best effect. Microbial inoculum inoculation could promote the fermen- tation of spent pig litter compost, and it could enhance the fermentation temperature to a certain extent, increase the humic acid content in material, and decrease the C/N and EC value to a certain degree. The combined application of wheat straw and microbi- al inoculum had a better effect than the alone application of microbial inoculum. In conclusion, the combination of adding wheat straw into spent pig litter at the ratio of 4:6 with microbial inoculum was the optimum mode for the fermentation of spent pig litter compost in this experiment.
