摘　　要：近年来,山东省海洋与渔业信息化建设取得了长足进展,但与其他海洋和渔业信息化强省相比,还有很多方面存在着一定的差距,存在一些制约发展的问题,特别是在数据共享和数据标准规范方面。为此,山东省立足于山东省海洋与渔业信息化实际,为支撑山东省海洋与渔业信息标准化建设,开展了海洋与渔业信息标准化建设实践,并进行了一系列关键技术标准的研制工作,深化了信息资源的开发利用,实现互联互通、资源共享,为推动海洋与渔业领域改革创新不断注入活力,促进管理方式的转变,全面提高海洋与渔业管理水平。In recent years, Shandong Province, marine and fishery information construction has made considerable progress, but with other marine and fishery information province, there are still many aspects of the gap, there are some constraints of development problems,especially in the data Sharing and data standards. In order to support the standardization of marine and fishery information construction in Shandong Province, Shandong Province has carried out the standardization construction of marine and fishery information, and has carried out a series of key technical standards to deepen the development of marine and fishery informatization in Shandong Province.
