摘 要:考察复合磺酸钙、聚脲和膨润土3种高温润滑脂流变学性能的异同,以400SN为基础油,制备稠度相近的上述3种高温润滑脂,采用扫描电子显微镜和流变仪对其进行分析。试验结果表明:剪切速率和温度对润滑脂的流变性能影响较大。3种高温润滑脂的表观黏度、储存模量等流变参数均存在差异;高温时3种高温润滑脂均更易从以弹性为主转向以黏性为主,凝胶体系较难保持。Rheological properties of high temperature greases of three different thickeners including overbased calcium sulfo-nate complex grease; polyurea grease and bentonite grease are investigated. With 400 SN being used as base oil, three kinds of greas-es with similar consistency are prepared, and microstructure and rheological properties are analyzed with SEM and rheometer. Testresults show that rheological behaviours are effected by shear rate and temperature. The rheologica parameters such as apparent vis-cosity and storage modulus of the three kinds of greases are different. At high temperature, it is easier to transfer from the elasticityto viscidity for the greases and harder to maintain the gel system as well.
