摘　　要：供给侧改革是我国当前经济发展的热点和重点。从制度供给、创新驱动、降低成本、接轨市场、精准集聚五个方面分析了有色产业供给侧改革要点。以望城经济技术开发区有色产业园为例,分析园区有色产业发展现状及存在不足,探讨供给侧改革背景下有色产业集群创新发展的对策建议。Supply-side reform is the hotspot and focus of the current economic development in China.This paper analyzes the main points of the supply-side reform of non-ferrous industry from the institutional supply,innovation-driven,reduce costs,market integration,precision gathering.Taking the Non-ferrous industry Clusters of Wangcheng economic and technological development zone as a case study,this paper analyzes the development status and existing problems of non-ferrous industry,and puts forward the countermeasures of the innovation and development of nonferrous industry cluster under the background of supply-side reform.
