摘　　要：为了解决拥有知识产权的科技型小微企业在"种子期"面临着严峻的融资难题,以陕西省为例,报告了科技型小微企业知识产权质押融资的现状,通过与北京、上海等发达地区科技型小微企业知识产权质押融资环境进行SWOT分析,提出比较适合陕西科技型小微企业知识产权质押融资的模式,即"政府引导,中介协作,银企双赢"混合型知识产权质押融资模式。Based on the analysis of the status quo of intellectual property pledge financing of Technology-oriented SMEs in Shaanxi Province,this paper proposes a mode which is appropriate for technology-oriented SMEs in Shaanxi Province to embark on intellectual property pledge financing.i.e.,a hybrid mode of intellectual property pledge financing characterized by the government guidance,conector cooperation and bank-enterprise win-win situation,by carrying out SWOT analyses for intellectualproperty pledge financing surroundings of technology-orientedSMEs in some developed regions,such as Beijing and Shanghai.
