摘  要:目的:分析将人机工程运用于医疗器械设计中的实际效果。方法:本院于2015年1月开始逐步引进运用人机工程设计而成的医疗器械。比较该时间段前后,医疗器械使用安全性并在两阶段随机选取50例患者对医疗器械服务的满意度等进行评价。结果:在十分制评分中,常规方式设计医疗器械使用安全性为(6.74±0.57),运用人机工程设计后为(8.64±1.21),运用后安全性明显高于运用前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规方式设计医疗设备患者使用满意度为72.00%(36/50),运用后使用满意度为92.00%(46/50),运用后明显优于运用前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将人机工程运用于医疗器械设计中,可有效提升器械在使用中的安全性以及患者满意度,对提升医疗效率具有关键性作用。Objective: To analyze the actual effect in the design of man-machine engineering applied to medical apparatus and instruments. Methods: Our hospital in January 2015, began to gradual y introduce using man-machine engineering design of medical apparatus and instruments. Comparison before and after the period of time, the hospital medical equipment use safety and 50 patients were randomly selected in two phase of medical service satisfaction, etc. Results:In ten 4-point scale, conventional y designed medical devices used for safety (6.74〈±0.57), after using the man-machine engineering design for (8.64〈±1.21), use after security is signiifcantly higher than before,differences have statistical signiifcance(P0.05). Conventional y designed medical devices using the degree of satisfaction was 72.00%(36/50) patients, used after using the degree of satisfaction was 92.00%(46/50), after use is bet er than before,difference have statistical signiifcance(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Application of man-machine engineering to in the design of medical apparatus and instruments, which can effectively improve equipment safety and patient satisfaction in use, to improve medical efifciency has a critical role.
