摘　　要：以新媒体为代表的全媒体时代的到来,日益影响着人们的思维方式、行为习惯,包括高校学生。高校的思想政治教育面临着全媒体时代所带来的机遇和挑战。如何能在全媒体时代下,充分挖掘全媒体的强大优势,力避其所带来的种种弊端,使高校思想政治教育工作进一步适应社会经济发展和现代大学生成长的需要,成为一个具有重要价值的时代课题。高校思想政治教育工作如何创新?人性化、务实化、实践化的工作以及在通识课程的途径创新、校园媒体的途径创新、工作的机制创新等方面共同发力能有效提升思想政治教育质量。The omnimedia era represented by the new media is coming, increasingly affecting people＇s way of thinking and behavior, including college students. The ideological and political education in colleges is facing the opportunities and challenges brought by the omnimedia era. In the age of new media, how to fully excavate the great advantages of the media and avoid the drawbacks, and make the ideological and political education in colleges be adapted to the needs of social economic development and modern college students＇ growth, have become an important topic of the times. To innovate the ideological and political education work in colleges, efforts not only in human-oriented, pragmatic, and practical work, but also the innovation in ways of the course of general education, campus media, and work mechanism should be taken to improve the quality of ideological and political education.
