摘  要:目的了解医护联合查房在妇科护理中的应用效果。方法将2012年1月1日—2013年12月31日未采取医护联合查房模式进行管理的2 875名患者设为对照组,2014年1月1日—2015年12月31日实行医护联合查房的患者2 964人设为观察组。统计两组患者平均住院日、术前等待日、患者满意度和护士工作满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者平均住院日下降,患者满意度提高,患者术前等待日下降,护士工作满意度提高,差异显著(P<0.01),有统计学意义。结论医护联合查房能有效缩短患者术前等待日、患者平均住院日,改善患者的就医体验,提高护士工作满意度及患者满意度。Objective To investigate the efficacy of doctor-nurse collaborative management model in the "Three Excellence and One Favor"management. Methods Doctor-nurse collaborative management model was adopted in 2964 patients from September 2013 which named experimental group,2875 patients without doctor-nurse collaborative management model before January 2012 was named control group. The average length of stay,the waiting days before surgery,nurse satisfaction and patient satisfaction between two groups were compared respectively. Results The average length of stay in control group and experimental group was respectively 8. 2 days and 7. 8 days. The waiting days before surgery in control group and experimental group was respectively 4. 6 days and 3. 3 days( P〈0. 01). The patient satisfaction in control group and experimental group was respectively 97. 5% and 98. 9%( P〈0. 01). The nurse satisfaction in control group and experimental group was respectively 97. 5% and 98. 9%( P〈0. 01). Conclusion The doctor-nurse collaborative management model can reduce the average length of stay and the waiting days before surgery,and improve the patient satisfaction and the nurse satisfaction.
