摘　　要：目的:了解四川某地住院空巢老人面对疾病应对状况。方法:利用自制调查问卷及医学应对方式问卷对2015年8月至2016年2月间住院的空巢老人进行调查与测评。结果:住院空巢老人与常模人群的医学应对方式在回避应对、屈服应对方面有显著性差异(P<0.05),是否参加医疗保险、购买医疗保险的类型、新农合类型等不同的空巢老人在面对应对方面有显著性差异(P<0.05),不同婚姻状况、职业属性、经济收入等的空巢老人在回避应对方面有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:改善空巢老人家庭经济状况、加大医务人员的社会支持、增加医疗保险的投入、降低患者费用、疏导心理疾病、改变住院空巢老人就医服务模式等,对提高患者对疾病的应对能力有积极的意义。Objective：To investigate how hospitalized empty-nest elderly cope with disease in an area of Sichuan Province . Methods：Self-made questionnaire and medical coping style questionnaire were used to assess the empty -nest elderly hospitalized from August 2015 to February 2016.Results： There were significant differences in avoidance response and yielding response between the empty-nest elderly and the norm population （P〈0.05）.Whether to participate in medical insurance , which medical insurance was bought or which new rural cooperative medical insurance was bought could significantly influence the facing response in empty-nest elderly （ P〈0.05 ） .Those with different marital status , occupation and income demonstrated significant differences in avoidance response（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Improving the economic status of empty-nest family, strengthening the social support of medical personnel , increasing the investment in medical insurance , reducing patients ’ cost, providing psychological counseling , changing the hospital medical service mode for empty-nest elderly can improve their abilities to cope with disease.
