摘　　要：目的建立液液萃取-高效液相色谱法同时测定饮用水中呋喃丹、甲萘威、莠去津及百菌清4种农药的检测方法。方法水样用二氯甲烷进行萃取,萃取液经无水硫酸钠脱水、氮气吹干后,用甲醇溶解并定容至1 ml,经Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱分离,以乙腈-水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,柱温为40℃,流速为1.0 ml/min,二极管阵列(PDA)检测器检测,检测波长为230 nm,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果 4种农药在测定范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 5),方法的检出限为0.08μg/L^0.9μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.32%~4.38%,3个添加浓度水平的平均回收率为83.2%~96.5%。结论本方法前处理简单、快速,方法的准确度和精密度良好,适合于饮用水中呋喃丹、甲萘威、莠去津及百菌清的同时测定。Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of four pesticides of carbofuran,carbaryl,atrazine and chlorothalonil in drinking water by high efficiency liquid chromatography（ HPLC） with liquid- liquid extraction.Methods The water samples were extracted with dichloromethane,and then the extract liquor was dehydrated with anhydrous sodium sulfate and dried- up under nitrogen gas,redissolved in methanol and constant volume to 1 ml,finally it was separated on a C18column（ 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） with acetonitrile- water solution for gradient elution,the column temperature was at 40 ℃; the flow rate was 1. 0 ml / min,photo diode array was used as a detector to collect signals at the detection wavelength of 230 nm,the qualitative analysis was conducted by retention time,and quantification was based on external standard method.Results Good linearity was obtained for the four pesticides in the determined range（ r≥0. 999 5）,and the detection limits were within 0. 08 μg / l- 0. 9 μg / l,with the relative standard deviations（ RSD） of 0. 32%- 4. 38% and the average recovery rates of three spiked levels within 83. 2%- 96. 5%. Conclusion The pretreatment of this method is simple and fast,and the precision and accuracy of the method are good,so it is suitable for the simultaneous determination of carbofuran,carbaryl,atrazine and chlorothalonil in drinking water.
