摘　　要：目的研究防脱育发精华露的急性毒性和遗传毒性,为其提供毒理学安全性实验依据。方法依照《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)对防脱育发精华露进行急性眼刺激性、多次皮肤刺激性、皮肤变态反应、皮肤光毒性、体外哺乳动物细胞染色体畸变及Ames试验。结果防脱育发精华露的急性眼刺激性试验结果为轻刺激性,急性皮肤刺激性试验结果为无刺激性,未见皮肤变态反应和皮肤光毒性,Ames试验阴性,体外哺乳动物细胞染色体畸变试验阴性。结论防脱育发精华露呈现轻度的眼刺激性,未见其他急性毒性和遗传毒性。Objective In order to provide experimental basis for the toxicological safety of anti liposotrichia cream,to investigate the acute toxicity and genetic toxicity of anti liposotrichia cream. Methods According to the Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics（ 2007 Edition）,acute eye irritation test,cumulative dermal irritation test,skin sensitization test,skin phototoxicity test,Ames test and in vitro mammalian cells chromosome aberration test were performed. Results Acute eye irritation of anti liposotrichia cream was lightly irritant,cumulative dermal irritation of anti liposotrichia cream had no irritation,skin sensitization and skin phototoxicity of anti liposotrichia cream were not found,Ames test and in vitro mammalian cells chromosome aberration test of anti liposotrichia cream were negative. Conclusion Anti liposotrichia cream showed light ocular irritation,while other acute toxicity and genetic toxicity were not found in this research.
