摘  要:目的调查深圳地区自来水、桶装饮用水、瓶装饮用水中双酚A的污染状况,了解深圳居民饮用水中双酚A的暴露水平。方法随机抽取自来水46份、桶装饮用水45份、瓶装饮用水55份,检测双酚A含量。结合深圳居民饮用水摄入量调查,采用概率评估法,进行深圳居民饮用水中双酚A的暴露评估。结果自来水样品中未检出双酚A,桶装饮用水和瓶装饮用水样品中均检出双酚A。在模拟结果中,深圳居民桶装饮用水中双酚A的暴露水平为0.06 ng/(kg·d)~4.04 ng/(kg·d),深圳居民瓶装饮用水中双酚A的暴露水平为0.04 ng/(kg·d)~5.47 ng/(kg·d)。结论深圳居民日常饮用水中双酚A的暴露量在可接受的范围内,研究结果可以为健康风险评价提供基础数据。Objective To investigate the pollution status of bisphenol A in tap water,barreled water,bottled water,and to understand the exposure levels of bisphenol A for drinking water in Shenzhen. Methods 46 cases of tap water,45 cases of barreled water and 55 cases of bottled water were randomly sampled for the detection of bisphenol A. According to the drinking water intake for adult residents in Shenzhen,bisphenol A exposure risk was assessed by probabilistic assessment,and exposure assessment was carried out on bisphenol A in drinking water in Shenzhen. Results Bisphenol A was not detected in the tap water samples,but detected in barreled water and bottled water samples. According to the simulation results,the exposure of bisphenol A in barreled water was 0. 06 ng /( kg·d)- 4. 04 ng /( kg·d) and 0. 04 ng /( kg·d)- 5. 47 ng /( kg·d) in bottled water. Conclusion The exposure levels of bisphenol A for drinking water in Shenzhen is within the acceptable range,and the results can provide basic data for health risk assessment.
