穴位埋线治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床选穴规律的研究

摘　　要：目的:分析穴位埋线疗法治疗多囊卵巢综合征的取穴规律,以期为穴位埋线治疗PCOS的选穴提供参考。方法:检索中国生物医学文献数据库(Sino Med)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普期刊数据库(VIP)、中国临床试验注册中心、Pub Med和Cochrane Library中收录的以穴位埋线为主治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究文献,整理、分析其取穴规律。结果:共纳入31篇以穴位埋线为主治疗多囊卵巢综合征的相关文献。穴位埋线治疗多囊卵巢综合征使用频次居前10位的腧穴依次为天枢、关元、丰隆、三阴交、带脉、肾俞、中脘、足三里、气海、阴陵泉。结论:穴位埋线治疗多囊卵巢综合征多选取脾经、胃经、任脉和膀胱经上的穴位,以腹部和下肢部穴位使用频繁,选用频次最多的特定穴为募穴、下合穴、交会穴和背俞穴。Objective： To analyze the acupoint selection rules of acupoint catgut embedding for PCOS. Methods： A literature search was conducted in databases of Sino Med,CNKI,Wanfang Database,Chinese Scientific Journal Database（ VIP database）,Chinese Clinical Trial Register,Pub Med and Cochrane Library. All RCTs about evaluating the effect of acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of PCOS were included. The acupoint selection rules of acupoint catgut embedding were investigated. Results： In total,31 relevant articles were included. The top ten acupoints of catgut embedding used most frequently were,by turns,ST25,RN4,T40,GB26,SP6,BL23,RN12,ST36,RN6 and SP9. Conclusion： Points of spleen meridian,stomach meridian and conception vessel are chosen frequently and they are mostly located at the abdomen and the lower limbs. Specific points mostly used are Mu point,Xiahe point,Jiaohui point and Beishu point.
