摘　　要：对近5年针灸治疗难治性面瘫的临床研究文献,从概念及针灸疗法(选穴、刺法方法、综合方法)方面进行整理并总结。结果显示针灸治疗难治性面瘫疗效确切;除常规针刺外,穴位的选择、手法和方法的应用以及多种治疗方法并用是针灸治疗难治性面瘫取得疗效的关键。The analysis and summary of clinical research articles on refractory facial paralysis treated by acupuncture and moxibustion in recent five years are performed in this paper. We reorganize them in terms of definition and acupuncture methods（ selecting points,meedling method and comprehensive method）,and we find that the therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion has an exact effect on refractory facial paralysis. In addition to the conventional acupuncture therapy,the selection of acupoint,technique,method as well as combined application is key to the curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on intractable facial paralysis.
