摘　　要：针药结合是指针灸和药物相结合以防病治病,二者各有所长,相互辅佐,以发挥更好的临床效果。本研究从针灸疗法结合药物内服外用、药物注射、中药离子导入及针刀疗法、综合疗法等方面阐述针药结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究进展,为临床上针药结合治疗该病提供一定的指导。This paper aims at illustrating the clinical progress in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis through acupuncture combined with medicine. The study is on the aspects of acupuncture combined with drugs,externally used medicine,orally taken medicine together with externally used medicine,intra- articular injection,acupoint injection,traditional Chinese medicine,acupotomy and integrated therapy to provide guidance to the clinical treatment of such disease.
