摘  要:目的:建立新型半导体心脏专用NM Discovery 530c和Spectrum D单光子发射型电子计算机断层显像仪(SPECT)的每日常规质量控制方法。方法:对NM Discovery 530c的质量控制放射源采用740 MBq 57Co面源,主要质量控制参数及参考值能峰为(122±1.5)ke V,能量分辨率半高宽(FWHM)≤7.5%,均匀性≤9%,中心坏点像素单元数≤30,超过7个坏点的探头数≤3。对Spectrum D-SPECT质量控制放射源采用370 MBq 57Co线源,主要参数指标可接受范围分别为区域均匀性>90%、整体均匀性>85%和有效视野>90%,灵敏度为(2277.6±38.1)cpm/m Ci;连续进行10 d的质量控制检测。每日分别采集10例99Tcm-MIBI心肌灌注显像,并评价其图像质量。结果:NM Discovery 530c和Spectrum D-SPECT的各项质量控制指标测试结果均在可接受范围内,图像优良率均为100%。结论:新型半导体心脏专用SPECT常规质量控制测试指标达到要求,心肌显像图像质量可以得到有效的保证。Objective: To establish a regular daily quality control method for the new cardiac semiconductor SPECT. Methods: The 740 MBq 57 Co flood source for NM Discovery 530 c was used. Quality control parameters and reference value were energy peak 122±1.5 ke V, FWHM≤7.5%, uniformity≤9%, central bad pixels≤30, the number of detectors with more than 7 bad pixels ≤3. The 370 MBq ^(57)Co line source for Spectrum D-SPECT was used. Reference value of quality control parameters were regional homogeneity index 90%, global homogeneity index85%, effective field of view90%, specificity 2277.6±38.1cpm/m Ci. Results: 10 consecutive daily quality controls were performed for NM Discovery 530 c and Spectrum D-SPECT. 10 cases of ^(99)Tc^m-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging per day were acquired separately and the quality of images was evaluated by experienced nuclear medicine physicians. All quality control parameters for NM Discovery 530 c and Spectrum D-SPECT were acceptable and the excellence of images was 100%. Conclusion: The standard daily quality control method for the new semiconductor cardiac SPECT can guarantee the image quality of myocardial perfusion imaging.
