摘　　要：目的:了解和掌握广西放射诊断设备的数量和放射防护用品的配备情况,为合理配置放射诊断设备和放射防护用品提供依据,促进放射诊疗机构改进防护措施。方法:以广西所有放射诊疗机构为调查对象,通过文件形式将调查表发放至广西各级疾病预防控制中心,分别由其负责辖区内调查表的填报。结果:广西共有放射诊断设备2359台,平均拥有数量为0.50台/万人。其中,拍片机1624台(占68.8%),CT机251台(占10.6%),牙科机179台(占7.6%),透视机158台(占6.7%),乳腺机64台(占2.7%),其他设备83台(占3.5%)。平均每家机构拥有放射诊断设备1.8台;放射诊疗机构铅橡胶围裙(方巾)的配备率为48.7%,铅橡胶颈套的配备率为31.2%,铅橡胶帽子的配备率为33.1%。结论:广西放射诊断设备数量少,人均数量不足,放射防护用品配置率低;应增加广西放射诊断设备的数量,提高放射防护用品的配置率,进一步完善辐射防护措施,保障受检者与操作者健康。Objective： To acquire the information about quantity of radiological diagnostic equipment and distribution of protective articles in Guangxi to provide the basis for equipping and promoting medical institutions to improve radiation protection measures. Methods： All the radiation medical institutions were taken as the objects, and we distributed questionnaire to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at all levels in Guangxi, which is responsible for the questionnaire provided within their respective jurisdictions. Results： There are 2359 diagnostic radiology equipment in Guangxi, and the average number is 0.50 units/ten thousand, including 1624（68.8%） medical X-ray diagnostic equipment, 179（7.6%） dental equipment, 158（6.7%）tangential fluoroscopic equipment, 64（2.7%） mammary gland X-ray equipment, and 83（3.5%） other radiological diagnostic equipment. There are 48.7% equipment equipped with lead rubber apron（square）, 31.2% with lead rubber neck, and 33.1% with lead rubber. Conclusion： The quantity of radiological diagnostic equipment isn＇t sufficient for average, and the number of radiation protective articles equipped with radiological diagnostic equipment is small. We should increase quantity of radiological diagnosis equipment and the number of radiological protective articles in Guangxi, and further perfect the radiological protection measures to strengthen protection of clients and operators.
