摘　　要：立体定向放射治疗是目前实现肿瘤微创治疗和(或)精准放射治疗主要前沿技术手段之一,为此,分析X射线立体定向放射治疗设备的技术评价现状,从设备的技术性能、可用性、可靠性及安全性、临床功能及效果、经济性、服务体系以及适宜性等6个方面设计构建立体定向放射治疗设备从投入市场到临床使用以及维护保养等多个模块的评价体系,综合比较评价国内医疗机构在用立体定向放射治疗设备的优劣。Stereotactic radiotherapy is one of the advanced technologies for minimally invasive treatment/precision radiotherapy. This article described the present status of the evaluation of X-ray based stereotactic radiotherapy equipment, in order to construct the evaluation system of stereotactic radiotherapy equipment from the market to the clinical use and maintenance, which established from six aspects： technical performance, availability, reliability and safety, clinical function and effect, economy, service system and suitability. Comparing the advantages and disadvantages stereotactic radiotherapy equipment in domestic medical institutions, in order to achieve research expected benefits of the project.
