摘　　要：非计划性拔管（UEX）是临床常见护理不良事件,可导致严重不良后果.防范UEX的发生成为护理安全管理的重要内容.本研究对UEX相关研究进行综述,探讨成人UEX的特征及全过程护理管理措施,防范和减少UEX的发生.Unplanned extubation （ UEX） is a clinically common adverse event, which may lead to severely undesirable consequence. Therefore, prevention of UEX is the important content in nursing safety management. This study summarized researches related to UEX, discussed characteristic of adult UEX and measures for whole process management to prevent and reduce the occur of UEX.
