城镇化社区老年群体患病行为与护理现状的调查研究

摘　　要：目的 调查城镇化社区老年群体患病行为与护理现状.方法 采用问卷调查法,抽取绍兴市已达老龄化的城镇化社区中的300例老年人进行问卷调查.结果 城镇化社区老年人患慢性病较多,自我健康管理能力欠缺,社区卫生服务资源利用率低,尤其在疾病预防和健康管理方面.结论 建立以社区为范畴、家庭为单位,分层护理、预防和治疗性护理相结合的新型社区老年健康护理模式更为符合城镇化社区老年护理的特点.Objective To investigate the illness behavior and the status quo of nursing for the aged in urban-ized community. Methods A total of 300 cases of the old from the aged urbanized community in Shaoxing were investi-gated by the method of questionnaire survey. Results The old in the urbanized community suffered the chronic diseases more and lacked health self-management ability and the utilization of the resources of community nursing was low, and especially the prevention from disease and health management was not satisfying. Conclusions A new community-based health and nursing model for the old was established, taking community as category and family as a unit, with stratified nursing, combining prevention and treatment, which will better conform to the characteristics of the nursing for the old in the urbanized communities.
