规范化手术配合应用于手术室专科培训的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨专科规范化手术配合培训对于提高手术室护理人员危机管理能力的效果.方法 选取本院2013年1月至2015年6月间行手术治疗的328例患者临床资料以及50名手术室专科护士的资料,将其随机分为观察组以及对照组,其中观察组中有178名患者,25名护士,对照组中有150名患者,25名护士,对照组采用常规培训,观察组在此基础上采用专科规范化手术配合的培训方法 ,比较两组患者在护理期间风险事件的发生率以及患者对护理评价和护理质控评分.结果 对照组患者护理期间风险事件的发生率为26.97%（48/178）,观察组为4.67%（7/150）,组间比较有明显差异,χ^2=6.179,P〈0.05.结论 规范化手术配合的专科培训能够提高手术室专科护士的危机管理能力.Objective To explore the effect of standardized cooperation during operation to improve the risk-management ability for specialist nurses in operation rooms. Methods The clinical data of 328 patients who underwent operation from January 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital and the data of 50 specialist nurses in the operation room were selected and they were randomly divided into the observation group and control group. There were 178 patients and 25 nurses in the observation group, while there were 150 patients and 25 nurses in the control group. The control group a-dopted conventional training, while the observation group adopted the training model of standardized cooperation during operation on the basis of the control group. The incidence rate of the risk events during nursing, the assessment of the patients for nursing and the quality of nursing of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence rate of the risk events of the control group during nursing was 26. 97% （48/178）, while it was 4. 67% （7/150） for the observation group, and there were significant differences between the two groups, χ^2=6. 179, P〈0. 05. Conclusion The special-ist training of standardized cooperation during operation can improve the risk-management ability of the specialist nurses in operation rooms.
