摘 要:目的 构建消毒供应中心绩效评价指标体系.方法 运用条形码信息追溯系统的绩效管理模块,探索一套操作简便、高效快捷、客观准确、完善的绩效考核评价指标.结果 通过运用条形码信息追溯系统的绩效管理模块,使消毒供应中心护理人员的绩效考核更客观、准确、科学,提高工作效率,提高工作质量,拓宽CSSD质量管理路径.同时拓展了条形码信息追溯系统的功能,意义重大.结论 消毒供应中心护理绩效各级评价指标意见趋于一致,消毒供应中心绩效管理能鼓励先进,不断提高质量达标率,激发工作人员的积极性、创造力,提升服务理念,提高工作人员及临床科室满意度,绩效考核在消毒供应中心奖金分配中的应用为消毒供应中心的管理提供了有效的途径.Objective To build performance evaluation index system of sterilization and supply cen-ter. Methods A set of high-efficiency, objective and precise performance appraisal index system with easy operating and perfectness was explored by utilizing performance management module of bar-code information trace-ability system. Results When using performance management module of bar-code information trace-ability system, performance ap-praisal of nursing personnel in sterilization and supply center was more objective, accuracy, and scientific, what's more, their working efficiency and quality could thus be improved, and CSSD quality management path was also broad-ened. Meanwhile, function of bar-code information trace-ability system was extended, which had great significance. Conclusions In sterilization and supply center, opinions of performance evaluation index at all levels tend to be uni-form, performance management in this center can encourage staff to improve quality success rate constantly, inspire working personnel's motivation and creativity, enhance their service philosophy, and increase satisfaction of working members and clinical departments. Besides, the application of performance evaluation in bonus allocation of steriliza-tion and supply center provides valid path for management in this center.
