摘 要:由于我国南方地区高温高湿气候等多方面因素影响,使得在南方地区种植苜蓿、羊草等优质的牧草资源受到限制,在草食动物生产过程中需要从国内外购买优质牧草,使得养殖成本大大增加;同时,在南方地区有丰富的粗饲料资源,这些粗饲料资源没有得到很好地开发和利用,造成极大资源浪费。近几年,南方地区非常规粗饲料资源苎麻的研究与开发利用备受关注。文章对苎麻的生物产量、营养价值及其在草食动物生产中的利用进行论述,为今后苎麻在草食动物生产中的高效利用提供参考。Due to factors of high temperature and hot climate and other factors in southern of China,the planting alfalfa, L. chinensis,et al high-quality forage resources are limited in southern of China.There need to buy high-quality forage from home and abroad in herbivorous animal production pro-cess, and purchase a large number of high-quality forage makes the breeding cost greatly increased.Atthe same time, there are abundant resources of roughage feed in the southern region, while the south-ern region of the these resources have not been well developed and utilized, causing great waste of re-sources. In recent years, the development of the south area of unconventional crude feed resources hasattracted much attention, especially in the study of unconventional high-protein forage ramie. In thispaper,the biological yield of ramie, nutritional value and its use in the production of herbivores are dis-cussed, and provide reference for the efficient use of ramie in herbivore production.
