摘 要:试验以现蕾期、盛花期和结荚期饲料油菜为样品,利用康奈尔净碳水化合物和蛋白质体系(CNCPS)的分析方法测定相应营养组分。试验结果表明,不同生育期饲料油菜的营养组分差别较大。随着生育期的延长,干物质(DM)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、木质素(ADL)水平有增加的趋势(P<0.05);粗灰分(ASH)、中性洗涤不溶蛋白(NDFIP)、酸性洗涤不溶蛋白(ADFIP)水平有降低的趋势(P<0.05)。盛花期的粗蛋白(CP)、可溶性蛋白(SP)、非蛋白氮(NPN)含量较现蕾期分别高19.3%、25.05%、16.83%(P<0.05),较结荚期分别高126.78%、0.94%、148.16%(P<0.05);现蕾期的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量较盛花期低47.33%,较结荚期低65.51%(P<0.05)。蛋白质组分中,盛花期的不可利用蛋白质(PC)含量分别低于现蕾期47.09%(P<0.05)和结荚期23.27%(P>0.05);碳水化合物组分中,快速降解部分(CA)含量随着生育期的增长,呈现递减趋势(P<0.05),盛花期的缓慢降解部分(CB2)分别高于现蕾期215.35%、高于结荚期3.10%(P<0.05);结荚期的不可利用部分(CC)含量分别高于其现蕾期724.37%、盛花期89.11%(P<0.05)。综上所述,不同生育期饲料油菜营养价值差异显著,其中盛花期较好。Using CNCPS system evaluation nutritive value of the forage rape at the different develop-ment stages. The results showed that different growth period of forage rape feed nutrition compositiondifference is bigger. Along with the growth period of growth, Both DM, ADF, NDF, ADL increasedwith the maturity progressed(P〈0.05), whereas Ash, NDFIP, ADFIP contents decreased(P〈0.05). Thegrowth period of flowering stage CP, SP, NPN content were 19.3%, 25.05%, 16.83% higher than thoseof squaring stage respectively(P〈0.05) and 126.78%, 0.94%, 148.16% higher than those of poddingstage respectively(P〈0.05). NDF content in squaring stage was 47.33% lower than flowering stage and65.51% lower than podding stage(P〈0.05). According to the classification method of CNCPS and theprotein components showed that PC content in flowering stage was 47.09% lower than squaring stage(P〈0.05) and 23.27% lower than podding stage(P〉0.05). Carbohydrate components showed that alongwith the increase of growth period, the CA content showed a trend of decreasing(P〈0.05). The growthperiod of flowering stage of CB2 was 215.35%higher than squaring stage and 3.10% higherthan podding stage(P〈0.05).CC content in pod-ding stage was 724.37% higher than squaringstage and 89.11% higher than flowing stage(P〈0.05). In conclusion, forage rape nutrients were different at different stages, flowering stage nutritional value was better.
