摘　　要：文章对蛋白质在反刍动物体内的代谢过程、瘤胃非降解蛋白及其测定方法、以及提高饲料过瘤胃蛋白率的方法和其意义等进行了综述。为之后反刍动物瘤胃非降解蛋白质的研究提供借鉴。This article reviewed the metabolism of protein in ruminants, rumen undegradation proteinand the method for determination, the method and significance of improving the protein rate of rumenbypass protein. Provided a reference for the following study of rumen undegradation protein.
