摘 要:水库大坝失事统计中,渗透破坏和坝坡失稳是最常见的2项诱因,并且渗流与稳定也是水库大坝安全评价和日常运行管理中的2项主要内容。论文以怀柔水库主坝为例,对运行水位条件下的监测变形进行了分析;通过对当前蓄水位、正常蓄水位、设计洪水位和校核洪水位4种水位条件下的稳定渗流计算,分析了浸润线位置、单宽渗流量、平均水力比降等随水位条件的变化;在稳定渗流计算出的浸润线的基础上,基于极限平衡法计算了当前蓄水位、正常蓄水位、设计洪水位和校核洪水位4种水位条件下的坝坡稳定性,分析了上下游坝坡安全系数及滑弧位置等随水位条件的变化。本研究不仅对怀柔水库安全评价中的渗透稳定评价和结构稳定评价奠定了基础,还可以从管理的角度掌握大坝的运行性态,从不同水位条件下的渗流出口、滑面位置等角度出发,为日常管理中确定重点监测位置及现场巡视重点部位提供帮助,并为相近条件下的土石坝安全评价分析提供借鉴。In the statistics of dam failure, seepage failure and dam slope stability are the two most common causes, and the seepage and stability are the two main contents in the safety evaluation and management of the dam. Taken the main dam of Huairou reservoir as an example, at first, the deformation of the dam in the operation was analyzed, following, steady seepage simulations were carried out to investigate the seepage performance of dam under different water levels, such as current water level, normal water level, designed flood level and check flood level. Based on seepage simulation changing of location of water table, leakage and hydraulic gradient with increasing of water level were investigated. With the computed water table, the stability of dam under corresponding hydraulic conditions was calculated by limit equilibrium method, the ehanging of factor of safety and location of the sliding circle with increasing of water level was investigated. This study not only lay the foundation for the seepage stability assessment and structural stability assessment of Huairou reservoir, but also provide reference for the safety evaluation of earth rock dam under similar conditions.
