昆明铁路局客运段职工高血压相关危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解昆明铁路局客运段职工高血压危险因素,为铁路客运职工防治高血压提供依据。方法以在职工体检中医院最终确诊的75名高血压病职工做为研究组,选取历次体检中未发现高血压且年龄、性别、组段一致的75名职工作为对照组进行1:1配对,共计150名研究对象进行问卷调查,内容包括:人口学资料、生活行为习惯、职业因素等三类27项条目。结果 logistic模型进行多因素分析得出年龄(OR=1.75)、高血压家族史(OR=3.34)、食盐量(OR=2.10)和工作班制(OR=1.50)是高血压的危险因素。结论昆明铁路局客运段职工在生活行为方式及职业因素方面均存在与高血压相关的危险因素,与国内外研究结论一致,须结合铁路实际提出有针对性的预防及干预措施,对确保铁路局安全运输、提高职工健康意识,减少高血压并发症的发生发展,促进铁路职工健康水平的提高有重要意义。Objective Through the understanding of the influencingfactors of hypertension among the workers in Kunming Railway Administration, in order to provide a scientific basis for Kunming Railway Administration employees. Methods A h 1 matched case-control designed epidemiological survey, 110 drivers for each group collected 75 patients who was diagnosed as hypertension chronic diseasein hospital physical examinationwith case group, for control group who was and the 75employees of same age, sex and class range who are found to have no hypertension in previous physical examination, totaling 150 staff to conduct questionnaire survey including 3 categories of demographical data, living behavior and custom, occupation and 27 items below. Results Using logistic regression model, the risk factors were age （OR =1.75）, Family history of hypertension （OR =3.34）, salinity （OR =2.10）, and Schedule （OR =1.50）. Conclusions The investigated Kunming Railway Administration employees suffer from various kinds of health problems, which are affected by individual factors, occupational factors, Consistent with domestic and foreign research. According to the actual situation, To develop targeted health communication plan which to insure Safe Transport and rising employees health awareness, reduce the incidence of hypertension development. It is important to improve the level of health with railway employees.
