摘　　要：设计了CNC450V五轴数控电火花成型机床。该机床在X、Y、Z三个直线运动轴的基础上,增加了主轴绕X轴和Y轴的旋转,从而构成五轴运动系统。在研究分析国内外同类机床的基础上,对机床的总体结构进行了设计,并对机床主要部件的设计进行了阐述。该机床设计新颖,结构紧凑,可实现对具有倾斜特征的面、孔的电火花加工。Design the CNC450 V five-axis nc edm shaping machine. On the basis of the three linear motion in XYZ axis. The machine tool added the spindle around the rotation of the X axis and Y axis,which constitute the five axis movement system. On the basis of the research and analysis of domestic and foreign similar machine tools, has carried on the design to the overall structure of the machine tool,and expatiates on the design of the main components of machine tools. The machine design, compact structure, can be realized with characteristics of slope surface, hole edm.
