摘  要:为了解决矿用液压支架易磨蚀、使用寿命短的问题,采用半导体激光熔覆技术对矿用液压支架表面进行修复,对矿用液压支架激光修复技术及使用性能进行研究与应用。结果表明:激光熔覆技术成功应用于矿用液压支架修复,有效提高了液压支架的综合性能并延长其使用寿命,具有明显的社会效益和经济效益。In order to solve the problem of mine hydraulic support easy to abrasion and short service life, the semiconductor laser cladding technology was used to repair the mine hydraulic support, the laser repair technology and performance of mine hydraulic support were studied and applied. The results showed that the laser cladding technology is successfully used in the repair of mine hydraulic support, this process can effectively improve the comprehensive performance and extend the service life of the hydraulic support. In addition, the laser repair technology has obvious social benefits and economic benefits.
