摘　　要：针对我国要素禀赋非均衡分布的客观现实,基于适宜性技术选择理论,本文利用1996—2014年省际面板数据构建区域异质性随机前沿生产函数,从供给侧视角探讨并解读三大区域资本积累动态效率差异及其成因。结果显示:尽管区域经济运行效率变化轨迹显著不同,但前沿技术选择与要素禀赋结构适配是资本积累动态效率的源泉。其中,东部因"适用技术"选择惰性致使前沿技术变迁滞后于要素禀赋结构演化而历经资本积累由动态无效到有效的过程;中部虽然选择了与其要素禀赋结构相对匹配的适宜技术且资本积累始终处于动态有效区间,却受制于高质要素供给上的"天花板效应"约束、各级人力资本技术吸收能力尚未达到溢出门槛,致使资本边际生产率持续下倾;西部前沿技术选择背离其非技能劳动比较优势而未能实现对总体要素的有效配置,资本积累动态效率提升缓慢并长期处于无效率运行状态。In view of the fact of China＇s unbalanced factor endowment distribution,this paper constructed a stochastic frontier production function of regional heterogeneity based on the theory of appropriate technology selection by using the provincial panel data during 1996—2014,and interpreted the three regional capital accumulation efficiency difference and its causes from the supply side perspective.The results showed that：Although the regional economic efficiency change was significantly different,the source of dynamic efficiency of capital accumulation lies in appropriate match between frontier technology and factor structure.Among them,because of＂suitable technology＂lags,the eastern＇s capital accumulation has experienced a process from effective to invalid;while subject to the high quality elements of＂the ceiling effect＂,the central is kept in the dynamic range in capital accumulation,with the marginal productivity of capital continuing to tilt;the western＇s frontier technology departs away from its comparative advantage,so its capital accumulation is slow and inefficient for a long time.This paper provides a new perspective for the regional economic growth potential in the context of the structural reform of the supply side.
