摘 要:在油井采油过程中,为了达到降低油井负荷,节能降耗,延长油井免修期的目的,在油井上应用了电磁防蜡装置,能产生变频强电磁场,引起蜡分子的内共振,导致蜡晶结构与形状发生变化,抑制了蜡分子的结晶过程,同时对已形成的蜡晶产生一定的破碎作用,从而达到防蜡的效果。2015年7月在长庆油田第七采油厂白豹油田10口油井现场应用表明,油井悬点负荷平均下降了14.91%,系统效率平均提高了5.61%,负载电流平均下降了17.83%,平均有功节电率为19.87%,无功节电率为12.72%,综合节电率为18.73%,油井平均日节约电22.8 k Wh。In the process of oil wells, in order to reduce the load of the oil well, save energy & reduce consumption and extend the exemption period of oil wells, the electromagnetic paraffin prevention device has been used in oil well. It can generate the frequency conversion strong-electromagnetic field, witch can cause the internal resonance of paraffin molecules, lead to the change of crystal structure and shape of paraffin, inhibit the crystallization process of paraffin molecules, also can break the formed paraffin crystal, so as to achieve the effect of paraffin control. There are 10 oil wells to be tested in No.7 Oil Production Plant of Changqing Oilfield in July2015. The test results showed that the oil suspension point load has dropped averagely by 14.91%, the system efficiency has increased averagely by 5.61% and the load current has felled by averagely 17.83%. The average active power-saving rate was 19.87%, the reactive power-saving rate was 12.72%, the comprehensive power-saving rate was 18.73% and the average daily electric-saving was 22.8 k Wh.
